Deleting your NoobTrader account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open NoobTrader and go to Profile.
2. Open Privacy.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Your profile, portfolio, trades, lesson progress, XP, NOOB balance, competition entries and posts are removed, and all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days, as set out in the privacy policy. Before deleting, you can use Download my data on the same screen to keep a copy.

If you can no longer open the app

Email rubixbits@gmail.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will action the request and confirm.

What is not deleted

Nothing identifying is kept. An anonymous count that an account closed — how many days it was open, never who it was — remains in our statistics, because it cannot be traced back to you.
